Personal training is for everyone. Whether you're a fitness buff or someone who has never participated in a regular exercise program, you can benefit tremendously from a program that is put together just for you. Q: If I would like to be trained outdoors, what if I don't have all the correct exercise equipment?
A: Not a problem! Erin will provide appropriate equipment that will provide the correct amount of resistance for you to reach your goals. If you do have exercise equipment in your home that you would like to utilize during training sessions, that is fine as well.
Q: Who have you had experience training?
A: I've trained a variety of people ranging from age 12-80, from beginner exercisers to athletes. I have also had clients with physical challenges.
Q: What is group training?
A: Group training is when 2-4 people are trained at the same time. This is a great option for people who love working out with others. This is also a great option for those wanting to save some money on training!
