Since 2005, I have been teaching fitness classes, creating and implementing corporate wellness programs and training clients one-on-one or as a group.
My passion is helping people get stronger, become healthier, reach their individual fitness goals and have body confidence in the most efficient way possible.
I am an A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer. and also hold certifications in the following:
