Is personal training right for me?



Personal training is great for those who:

  • Want to start to exercise and don't know where to begin
  • Need to freshen up or want to switch up a current exercise routine
  • Are training for something specific
  • Need motivation to get their body to move
  • Want accountability from a professional


Where can I train?



I train out of a gym that is just for personal trainers and their clients. That means you don't need a gym membership to train with me-pretty great, right? The gym is located in central Overland Park, KS and is equipped with everything we need to get a great workout every single session.


Is staying home to exercise your favorite? Let's chat! I do virtual sessions as well as some in-home sessions.


If outdoor workouts are more your style, I have options for that as well.




What is included in my personal training package?



Personal training is exactly that.... personal. These are some of the things that can be included in your training sessions...but all are optional (except for the actual training part).

  • Goal setting
  • Biometrics (including body fat percentage, weight and circumference measurements)
  • Strength testing
  • Nutrition counseling
  • Workouts to do at home or in your own gym


Personal training package options



Personal training sessions are 30 minutes each (don't worry...we get a lot done in 30 minutes).


Single Session: $60/session

4-pack: $55/session ($220 total)


8-pack: $50/session ($400total)


12-pack: $45/session ($540 total).
